The Agency has received a communication dated 30 January 2006 from the Resident Representative of the Russian Federation, attaching a statement by the President of the Russian Federation on the peaceful use of nuclear energy delivered at the meeting of the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community on 25 January 2006.
