The text of the Protocol between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Atomic Energy Agency Additional to the Agreement between the Republic of Bolivia and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is reproduced in this document for the information of all Members. The Board of Governors approved the Additional Protocol on 11 September 2019. It was signed on 18 September 2019 in Vienna, Austria.

An agreement by Exchange of Letters with the Plurinational State of Bolivia to rescind the Protocol to the Safeguards Agreement
