Implications for Occupational Radiation Protection of the New Dose Limit for the Lens of the Eye

This publication provides interim guidance on the implications of the new dose limit for the lens of the eye for occupational radiation protection that is applicable to planned, exposure situations. The new dose limit for the lens of the eye is included in GSR Part 3: Radiation Protection and Safety of Radiation Sources: International Basic Safety Standards (IAEA Safety Standards Series No. GSR Part 3).
