The opening Plenary of the 66th General Conference takes place on Monday, 26 September 2022, at 10.00 a.m. in the Plenary Hall in the M building, first floor (M01). Unless otherwise decided by the Conference, morning meetings will start?at 10.00 a.m. and afternoon meetings at 3.00 p.m. Delegates are kindly requested to be in their places by those times in order to allow meetings to start punctually. Evening meetings, as and when they become necessary, will be announced during the session.
