The event aims to familiarize participants with project support and management approaches in order to enhance their capabilities to manage and supervise current and future projects related to the establishment and operation of Nuclear Security Support Centres (NSSCs). The event is targeted at individuals responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects related to the core functions of an NSSC.
