More than 900 representatives, including officials from most of the world's nuclear power plant countries, have gathered at the IAEA's headquarters in Vienna, Austria for the Seventh?Review Meeting of Contracting Parties to the Convention on Nuclear Safety. In his opening remarks, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said every country that uses nuclear?technology has a responsibility to create a robust framework for safety and security.
