Producer: Louise Potterton, Video Editor: Petr Pavlicek

IAEA inspectors return to the Agency’s headquarters in Vienna, Austria with samples containing dust particles that they have collected at nuclear facilities. These samples, in the form of cotton swipes, allow the analysis of traces of nuclear materials that can reveal information about the current and past activities at a nuclear facility. The analysis is carried out at the IAEA’s Environmental Sample Laboratory. The head of the laboratory, Stephan Vogt, explains the work of the lab.
