Public and political opinion is shifting in favour of nuclear power. There is a growing acceptance that nuclear energy is needed to provide reliable, clean and abundant energy to power our increasingly energy hungry world. Yet doubts and misperceptions linger. It is time to have a frank and objective discussion about nuclear power, rooted in science, and replace uncertainty with certainty and fear with facts.
