Ms Pennapa Kanchana, Deputy Secretary-General and Acting Secretary-General, Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Thailand, and Mr Hua Liu, IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Technical Cooperation, signed Thailand Country Programme Framework (CPF) for the period of 2023–2029 on 19 December 2023. 1. Nuclear and radiation safety and nuclear security
    2. Food and agriculture
    3. Health and nutrition
