INIS: Multilingual Thesaurus

Arabic–Chinese–English–French–German–Russian–Spanish

The INIS Multilingual Thesaurus is a tool to assist users of the INIS Database in indexing, and searching for, literature in several languages. The thesaurus also serves workers in the nuclear field who are not directly connected with INIS, as well as translators, interpreters, authors and others working in the areas of languages, semantics or terminological reference. The translations of the terminology from the English version (source language) into Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Russian and Spanish (target languages) were performed by specialists from the INIS centres of the Syrian Arab Republic, China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation and Spain, respectively.
