This webinar is the eighth in the IAEA Webinar Series on Training and Qualification related to nuclear facility personnel. The main purpose of this event is to support member states in SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) implementation. This Webinar will be focused particularly on developing new training programmes and courses reflecting the innovations in nuclear business.
After attending the webinar, the participants will be able to:
- Explain the importance of training in areas of innovation.
- Describe the approaches in developing the strategy for new competence building.
- Describe the most effective training tools for new competence.
