    This webinar is the second in the IAEA Webinar Series on Training and Qualification for Nuclear Facility Personnel, focusing on how to build an effective training environment. During this webinar, international experts will highlight the importance of management support before, during and after training to create a good training and learning environment. They will also address the interface between training and the line organization, and the conditions and qualities needed for instructors to be most effective.

    After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:
