    Nuclear Stakeholder Engagement School

    The school is a training course designed to enhance understanding of stakeholder engagement as an essential element of a complete nuclear power programme. It provides the knowledge and tools for successful design and implementation of stakeholder engagement programmes in different stages of the nuclear fuel cycle, from uranium mining to radioactive waste management to decommissioning and repurposing of nuclear facilities at the end of their life.

    The target audience for this school are executives, managers and professionals working in governmental bodies, regulatory bodies, technical support organizations, operating organizations and other organizations from across the nuclear industry, who are directly or indirectly involved with their entity’s stakeholder engagement programmes.

    This school offers a comprehensive curriculum comprising lectures, interactive group discussions, and practical exercises. Through a combination of theoretical and practical learning, participants develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, as well as gain an understanding of why it is important to embed stakeholder engagement in organizational management processes and organization’s core values.
