This webinar aims to provide an overview of the TC programme implementation focusing on procurement of equipment and services.
By the end of the webinar, it is anticipated that the participants will:
- Understand the procurement process;
- Get to know the elements of a technical specification and how to develop one;
- Understand the NLO and counterpart role throughout the procurement process.
