SAGSI advises the IAEA Director General on the technical aspects of IAEA safeguards.
SAGSI is composed of up to 20 experts selected by the Director General with the consent of the governments of the Member States concerned. Each year, the Group holds two plenary meetings.
Access to the SAGSI site on Nucleus is restricted to SAGSI members.
